1. What Konvy is
Konvy is the white-label AI communications platform for marketing agencies serving local businesses. Agencies launch their own branded AI front-desk product: voice agents that answer and book calls, missed-call text-back, review management, follow-up workflows, a unified inbox, and CRM core, on their own domain, at their own prices, with Konvy invisible underneath.
Public category: white-label AI communications platform for agencies. The product metaphor is AI front desk. Konvy is B2B SaaS on a partner and reseller model. Konvy bills agencies; agencies sell to local businesses. Konvy never sells to local businesses directly.
2. Commercial model (structure only)
Konvy bills agencies a platform fee plus prepaid credits at wholesale. Agencies set retail pricing and bill their clients through the agency’s own Stripe Connect account. The retail-to-wholesale spread is the agency’s margin. Konvy takes no revenue share of agency-set retail.
Prepaid credits cover workflows, messages, and outcomes; voice is included in the plan with per-region fair use. Voice minutes, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech are never metered as credits, and Konvy does not sell per-minute voice credits. Credits are prepaid with automatic top-up levels.
Specific wholesale rates, retail examples, and minimums are not published on this site. Full pricing is intended to publish at general availability; until then, structure only is public.
3. Launch regions
Launch regions are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand (ISO short codes: US, CA, GB, AU, NZ). Runtime configuration is region-aware. Voice and messaging availability by country is confirmed with the partner during setup.
4. Launch verticals
Launch starter packs cover trades and home services, veterinary, and legal intake. Dental comes in a later cohort (clinical and privacy rules) and is not marketed as available. Agencies seeking cold outbound AI voice at scale are an anti-persona and are refused.
5. What each client gets
Konvy is not a voice-only product. Every client workspace is built to include:
- Voice AI agents that answer and book calls
- Missed-call text-back
- Unified inbox across channels
- Bookings and calendar
- Quote follow-up workflows
- Review management
- CRM core (contacts, history, pipeline basics)
- Connections and integrations
- Async AI and generative AI workflows
On the agency side: one console for every client, reusable templates, brand studio and white-label (agency domain, agency brand, Konvy invisible), own pricing and billing, and catalogs of packaged offerings.
White-label depth that is checkable: the agency’s own domain and SSL, branded sign-in and OTP emails from the agency’s own sending domain, runtime theme tokens, and client consoles that carry zero Konvy strings. Each client gets its own console.
6. Compliance posture
Telephony defaults to managed Telnyx sub-accounts (the agency does no carrier setup) or bring-your-own keys. US 10DLC registration is handled via API. STOP and consent are honored platform-wide.
Outbound AI voice requires recorded prior express written consent (FCC AI ruling). That consent requirement is a platform rule, not an optional setting. Agencies that want cold AI robocalls are refused.
Operational responsibility for telecommunications, consent, recording, marketing, and data-protection law stays with the partner and the client. Konvy provides platform tooling for consent capture, recording disclosures, opt-out and STOP handling, and carrier registration where required.
7. Parent company
Konvy is operated by Seed Blocks Pty Ltd, a private company registered in Australia. Public contact: the form at konvy.ai/contact.
8. Current stage
Specs are complete and implementation is starting. There are zero live pilots and zero partners at the time these facts were written. Current commercial motion is Founding Partner Program intake (a cohort of ten). Design partners are expected in Australia and the Netherlands. Case studies publish when they are real, or not at all.
